The following options are currently available (however, our manufacturing methods are so adaptable we are open to applications outside this current offering):

Free Standing, Multi Cubicle Public Toilet
Can the demand and the location be perfectly satisfied with a single cubicle toilet? No problem to Premier. A one cubicle toilet it is – but it must be generously proportioned of course – and fully compliant with DDA requirements.

However, if demand is greater and the location allows for more capacity, Premier can multiply the number of cubicles to satisfy. Any number and any mix – you decide. Normally this means a single DDA cubicle and several Unisex cubicles. But even the Unisex cubicle is proportioned to allow a parent with a double buggy to access with ease.

Whether the location is in a park; a high profile City Centre; or any other environmentally sensitive part of town or village, Premier can respond to the demands of Town Planners with external cladding to harmonise (or contrast) with the surroundings.

‘Plug and Play’ In-Build Toilet Cassette
Perhaps the location and the fabric of an existing toilet building are just right? Perhaps the Planners want the existing building to be ‘preserved’? No problem to Premier.

We have developed a top class system of construction which offers a fully assembled and fully fitted out ‘cassette’ to fit inside the existing building. We literally mean ‘Plug and Play’ as the ‘cassette’ comes ready for simple connection to existing waste; water and power supplies. If the project involves a new building (e.g. bus station; office complex etc), the Premier ‘cassette’ can be included by the designer at the outset. Installation is the essence of simplicity by use of a fork-lift and man-handled into place.

For both Free-Standing and Cassette installations, Premier can offer a full ‘turn-key’ operation including site preparation etc or we can work with the client’s appointed contractor and we will deliver, install and commission to suit the programme of works.

Retro-Fit Upgrades Where budgets are limited to allow upgrading of fixtures & fittings only, contact Premier for details of our range of high quality fittings. These are available on a ‘supply only’ or ‘supply & fit’ basis. Our latest offering is this multi task dispenser including ‘sharps’ disposable chute (see picture on right) This unit can be supplied in stainless or clad in ‘Wallgate’ solid surface material to match the hand-wash station and w/c. General Specification

External
External cladding and roof design on the OSC building can vary from ‘traditional’ brick and tile, to more trendy steel panels and flat or low pitch roof in contrasting materials. Corners of buildings can also be decorated with stone quoins or rounded to soften appearances.

Internal
Internal finishes and colours can be varied to suit corporate schemes. Various levels of automation are also available, including comprehensive ‘no-touch’ controls for all functions – so that the very last thing you do is indeed to “wash your hands”!

Doors
Direct access toilets demand more from a door than one might imagine. It must look good, but it also must protect the user’s privacy as well as his safety. It must also convey a sense of confidence that it will not open unintentionally! They must be wide enough to admit wheelchairs and double baby buggies. And they must be fitted with sophisticated locking mechanisms to allow coin-operation, RADAR access as well as lock and unlock remotely to deter anti-social behaviour. Premier doors do all of this and more!

Equipment
Furniture inside the toilet is designed to be attractive as well as resistant to abuse. A choice of stainless steel or composite materials in various colours is available for the WC bowl, the auto hand wash / dry and the contrasting colours for DDA rails and door surrounds etc

Available Floor Plans
Each cubicle area can be fitted to offer solutions to whatever demand the client is seeking to address e.g.:

• DDA cubicles come as standard with all the fittings necessary to comply with Part M of the Regulations, including support rails, colostomy shelf and seat-riser
• ‘Changing Places’ is a designated cubicle layout for profoundly disabled users who must plan toilet usage ahead of their excursion
• Unisex is a generic designation for cubicles used by male and female users and can be additionally fitted with baby-change facilities
• Showers and other commercial / public service facilities can be designed within the modular OSC system
• Communal facilities for use in ‘supervised’ areas like residential or holiday caravan sites are available with toilet / shower / laundry and kiosk installations
• Service areas are needed for in-build and free-standing buildings. The Service Area allows maintenance and replenishment of consumables to take place. It also allows for ‘secret’ fixing of interior furniture to minimise vandalism

Foundations
Premier free-standing buildings and in-build ‘cassettes’ are designed with integral HR steel sub-frames. This sub-frame gives structural integrity to the entire unit. It also means there is no need for a traditional concrete slab foundation, which is costly and has a poor carbon ‘footprint’. Premier’s unique fixing system is the ideal solution.
