With Premier Upgrade, we offer a 'one stop shop' service with several options to allow you to keep existing facilities, but give them a new lease of life and make them more compliant with current standards of accessibility, hygiene and vandal resistance.

Here's a notion of the high quality equipment available on a retro-fit basis:

• Premier Linings: For the best in cosmetic 'facelift' to ensure user comfort and abuser resistance why not re-line walls, ceilings and floors? Premier Linings include high impact resistant (industrial grade) laminates, full height tiles or stainless steel? Some clients even opt for chequer-plate floors for maximum resistance – but most opt for Premier's Johnson Disc Face anti-slip tiles!
  
  
• Premier & Wallgate Wash Stations: Replace high maintenance, unhygienic conventional taps & sinks with the latest 'no-touch' all-in-one soap dispenser and hand wash & dry station. Finished in stainless steel, or solid surface material, both designed to compliment other items of furniture such as WC bowls etc.
  
  
• Premier Multi Dispenser: Combine toilet roll dispensing with waste disposal and add safe sharps disposal in one trendy unit, in either stainless or 'solid surface' materials to blend or contrast with your cubicle interior design.
  
  
• WC Bowls: Replace old, stained, cracked and broken porcelain bowls with the latest floor or wall mounted solid surface WC bowls by Wallgate or stainless versions from Franke Sissons. Introduce contrasting colour 'seat' areas on the Wallgate models, or various seats and seat 'risers' for the stainless models – all compliant with Doc M Regulations. Choose colours to blend with cubicle interior design.
  
  
• Doc M Compliance: Ensure complete compliance with latest regulations for disabled access with Premier's range of contrasting colour hand-rails, colostomy shelves and where required, 'Changing Places' fit-out including powered benches and hoists. Ask us for no cost consultancy on 'Doc M' layouts and mandatory equipment.
  
  
• Doc M & Standard Unisex Doors: If you are considering converting existing 'conventional' layout to 'direct access' toilets because of their associated 'anti-social' behaviour, talk to Premier. We can offer to fit complete Off Site Constructed toilet 'pods' or convert the existing space into direct access cubicles. Either way, Premier Doors offer security, privacy and can be remotely locked and unlocked. They are of steel construction, with an attractive 'porthole' for safety in the event of power cuts etc. Doors come in virtually any RAL Colour or faced with timber and other decorative outer panels.
  
  
• Coin Operated Doors: Recouping some of the investment in new toilets is only one reason for charging users! Another is the potential deterrent to vandals! Premier Coin Ops are an attractive option to levy a charge – even if it helps to pay the cleaning staff, it makes sense!
  
  
• R.A.D.A.R.: Where Coin-Ops are fitted and need to be over-ridden, or where a Doc M toilet is to be used exclusively by disabled users, RADAR locks are essential. These can be fitted retrospectively.
  
  
• Pressure Wash: Make cleaning staff's task easier but more effective by installing high pressure wash facilities with hose and lance to reach every corner of every cubicle. These can be installed into the Service Bay behind the toilet cubicles.
  
  
• Detection Sensors: Drug misuse; smoking; arson and other wilful vandalism are not an uncommon issue in public toilets. Premier can fit a range of detection devices which may be linked to an alarm or other defensive equipment
  
  
• Auto Sanitisation: Premier already offer 'no-touch' technology with hand-wash stations and cistern flushing, but combating the transfer of bacteria e.g. from users not washing their hands remains a phobia for many against using public toilets. With Premier's latest auto-sanitisation system, every surface inside the cubicle is sanitised, so even using the door handle is safe!
